Job Overview :

As a Developer, you are the Dot Net Specialist. The biggest contribution to our platform comes through our thriving and energetic Developers. You work closely with the Technical PM and Technical Lead. You are not just a doer, but you contribute to the successful project deliveries by your excellent and robust code that is of an extraordinary quality.

Responsibilities & Duties : 

  • Work closely with Technical Project Manager & Technical Lead.
  • Work as an important member of Small Agile Teams that are responsible to achieve successful results for the project(s) & releases
  • Responsible for implementations of features & functionalities, maintenance for Product Suite of Contis platform and deliver best quality work with excellence
  • Grow your knowledge of Contis products, underlying technology implementations & systems hosting infrastructure, you become an asset to the organisation this way
  • Remain up to date with technology trends and industry best practices along with taking initiatives on exploiting them in best way for Contis Platforms
  • Contis platform is a mission critical system which is very much centric towards Systems Performance, Scalability, Maintainability, Security, High availability, and Systems Uptime. Apply creative and smart development approach that always keeps Contis platform exceeding business and client expectations
  • Implement the technical solutions and code (and other implementation artifacts) that adhere to standards and implement the specified design by participating in detailed reviews. Any new implementations or enhancements shall be developed diligently to ensure smooth rollout with backward compatibility considered and no impact to clients
  • Work with Relational database management systems, client-server technologies and distributed databases, Web services and API's in multithreaded architectures.
  • Develop, Test and Debug programs, web applications and system interfaces in accordance with client specifications.
  • Working with key Digital teams to understand the requirements of the business and working from the end goal backwards.
  • Utilizing your front-end skills to provide functional and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications and improving our current in-house projects
  • Follow the release processes and code management as per set up by PMO of Contis and ensure that go to market strategy of business and deployment processes are always meeting top standards. Experience of working with Agile/Scrum and Kanban approach is must
  • Go getter attitude with ability to work under minimal supervision from Tech Lead / Tech PM
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills

Skills & Knowledge Required : 

  • Microsoft Developer with 3 to 5 years of IT experience working in AGILE/SCRUM/Waterfall process models and in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of Web Based, Client-Server and N-tier Architecture.
  • Experience in C#, ASP.net, SQL Server, OOPS principles, RESTFul API, Web API with MVC
  • Experience with GIT/TFS
  • Experience with Dot.NET Framework
  • Experience with technologies like HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript
  • Design and delivery of enterprise level business solutions using OOPs techniques using Microsoft .NET
  • Expert knowledge and experience with designing and delivering solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, and maintainability.
