Job Overview :

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing Change Team.  As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing the full sprint process following the Agile software delivery methodology. You will be key in delivering product development and change upon Contis’ banking and payments platform, back-office and front-end portals, applications and functionality provided by our Product Owners.

Responsibilities & Duties : 

 

  • Lead all of the respective Sprint meetings aligned to the agile methodology including but not limited to Estimations, Planning, agreeing Sprint deliverables, daily scrums and retrospectives
  • Lead and motivate the Scrum Team, to create an environment of continuous improvement and evaluate performance to ensure the team know what is expected of them and be able to maximise their contribution to the business objectives
  • Propose and manage changes to process and / or tooling to improve delivery
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of activities
  • Facilitating the removal of blockers and impediments to the team’s progress

Skills & Knowledge Required : 

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a similar Scrum Master role in managing projects in an Agile fashion, ideally from the Financial Services sector
  • Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and techniques
  • Assisting with internal and external communication improving transparency across stakeholders 
  • Experience and strong skills with using Agile working tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence or similar)
